Norwich

Norwich and the surrounding towns of eastern Connecticut have a large share of older commercial and former mill buildings, many with roofs that have outlived several rounds of patching.

We inspect, give you a written recommendation, and then handle the tear-off and new roof with our own crew, including the details at drains, edges, and rooftop equipment.

If the building needs demolition or asbestos removal before a renovation, we can include it in the same estimate.
