Argueta Roofing was started by Ivis Javier Argueta Samayoa with a simple idea: owners and property managers deserve a roofing contractor who answers the phone, shows up on the day promised, and finishes the details instead of rushing past them.
Most of our work is on flat and low-slope commercial roofs: tearing off failed membranes, repairing decks, and installing new single-ply systems around drains, curbs, and rooftop units. Because demolition and asbestos removal often come with that kind of work, we do those too, so one crew owns the whole job.
We work in English and Spanish, we put the scope and price in writing, and we walk the finished roof with you before we leave. That's how we'd want it done on our own building.
